About Claudia Zayfert
As CEO, Claudia focuses on executing our vision for a scalable platform with demonstrable value.
She is an entrepreneur and a clinical psychologist with over 30 years of experience in mental health treatment and research. As a specialist in cognitive behavioral therapy, she is known for her commitment to enhancing delivery of treatments that work.
Prior to founding everMind, she was an Associate Professor at The Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, Director of the Anxiety Disorders Service at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, and a Researcher at the US Department of Veterans Affairs National Center for PTSD. She is author of several books and numerous journal articles relating to delivery of evidence-based treatments for mental health.
Claudia studied psychology at Colgate University, West Virginia University, the University of Mississippi Medical Center, Jackson Veterans Affairs Medical Center, and Dartmouth Medical School.

About Vikas David
Vikas leads our technical solution design, user experience, and quality outcomes. A divergent thinker who loves solving problems, Vikas is passionate about using technology to achieve better outcomes.
He specializes in program management and partnership within the mental health segment. His skills range from technical software architecture to sales and marketing of digital health products. He is well versed in healthcare integration standards and datasets in both clinical and administrative areas.
Vikas was the product manager and technical and solution architect for the world’s most comprehensive mental health clinical electronic medical record (EMR). He also was involved in the design and development of clinical modules for Australia’s emergency mental health services.
He has consulted to governments and companies internationally for 16 years, spanning community, primary care, emergency, and inpatient settings.

About Drew Hession-Kunz
Drew is a finance leader, entrepreneur, and business development driver for companies experiencing significant growth.
He has been a founder, co-founder, or early lead of 7 companies including in healthcare and software, raising venture capital for three. At Innov-X Systems, as CFO and later head of Business Development, he helped grow sales to $80 million, leading to a nine figure exit. He has been published in IEEE International Proceedings and NASA Tech Briefs, and quoted in the Wall Street Journal and Boston Globe, among others.
Drew is currently Professor of the Practice at the Carroll School of Management at Boston College, teaching Venture Capital, Entrepreneurship, and Finance. He studied finance at the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and has a BS from University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Laurie focuses on product strategy, market development, and project management. A master of execution, she ensures that everMind tools engage users and get results for our customers.
Laurie specializes in using digital technologies to advance evidence-based health practices. She joined everMind after ten years at the National Center for PTSD, US Department of Veteran Affairs, where she led digital translation of educational products, directed the web site, social media, and email marketing campaigns. Laurie is recipient of the National Guard’s Vermont Commendation Medal for her work with the National Guard and authored the book After the War Zone: A Practical Guide for Troops and Their Families.
Laurie was on the faculty of Dartmouth College where she received her PhD in Psychology and she has a BS in Business Administration from SUNY Albany.

Jim Becker is an experienced senior manager with a long career in the high-tech and startup worlds. Jim was a co-founder and President of PHT, a health care information technology company that developed web-based systems to gather pharmaceutical clinical trial data, an industry tightly regulated by the FDA. PHT now dominates the market for electronic patient diaries and was recently sold for $150MM.
Jim co-founded Wingspeed, a company that provided data communication systems to commercial airlines and provided the data communication solutions for such notable customers as FedEx, World Airways and Skybus Airlines.
Jim received his AB from Dartmouth, his BE and ME from Thayer School of Engineering and his MBA from Tuck School of Business. Prior to graduate school Jim flew C-130s for the United States Air Force.

Anil (MEd (Couns), BSc, MNZAC, JP) is committed to improving health and wellbeing through seamless integration of technology within healthcare systems.
As an expert in the digital mental health he advises government agencies across the globe. He led development of e-mental health strategy and policy for Mental Health Commissions of Canada and Australia.
Anil’s passion for e-Mental Health began with New Zealand’s National Depression Initiative. His expertise includes program design for high engagement and clinical implementation of e-mental health tools. Anil completed post-graduate qualifications in Mental Health and Counselling from the University of Auckland. He is Adjunct Professor and Head of e-Mental Health & Addictions at the Centre for eHealth, Auckland University of Technology and CEO of HealthTRx Limited, Auckland, NZ.
